At Pole Theatre Greece, we are committed to providing a professional, fair and transparent competition experience for all participants.

If you have a question, concern, feedback, or would like clarification regarding any aspect of the competition, we encourage you to contact our team directly. Most matters can be resolved quickly through open communication.

Should you feel that your concern remains unresolved, you may submit a formal dispute or complaint by completing the official Disputes, Queries & Feedback Form directly to Pole Theatre World.

All submissions will be handled confidentially and reviewed in accordance with Pole Theatre World guidelines and procedures.

Pole Theatre competitions worldwide operate under a common set of rules, standards and judging principles designed to ensure that all events are conducted in a safe, fair and unbiased manner. While each national organizer is given creative freedom in presenting their event, all organizers are required to comply with the official Pole Theatre World rules, terms and conditions.
